What you type
A form on this site collects the name and phone you enter, an email when the longer form asks for one, the help you picked, a size band when that box is on the page, how current the months are when you say, and the note in the box. One field is hidden on purpose so scripts trip it. That field is not a question for you.
If you pick a time on the calendar, the booking company stores that appointment and Steven Palmieri still gets the notice. The phone at the bottom of every page is a second way to reach the same person.
What the browser may store
A visit may store two random markers in the browser, along with the previous page and any campaign labels that rode in on the address. Those markers stay on this server. A do-not-track signal means that visit is not stored.
There is no ad pixel on these pages and no script that tries to name a visitor who has not written. The network that serves the page still keeps an ordinary security log.
How long a note stays
A note stays so the reply has something to stand on, so the first talk starts from what you wrote, and so hired work can pick up the same thread. We also learn which pages earn their place. The notes are not sold, and they are not handed to anyone who wants them for ads.
A note is kept while a reply is unfinished and while signed work still needs it. Call and ask for it to be deleted, corrected, or read back.
What you can ask
You can ask what is stored under your name. You can ask for a wrong phone number to be corrected. When the conversation is finished and no signed work still needs the note, you can ask us to delete it.
The request can be the form on this page or the phone in the footer. We will say what we still have to keep if a signed engagement is open.
