How a page gets onto the site
These pages describe the monthly close we keep with owners, the payroll setup on the service already running, and the return that follows. The 15 May franchise date stays up only because the Comptroller franchise page can be named beside it. A draft may start in software, and Steven and his team still read every line before it goes up. If a rate or a date looks wrong, call the phone under the signoff and name the sentence.
What gets checked
A date remains only when the publishing office can be named beside it. Stories about clients are not used. The signature limit is the next section on this page.
When a line is wrong, the page that carried it is the page we correct. Phone the number under the signoff and tell us which sentence looks off.
Where a figure is allowed to stand
We leave a number on a page only when we can point at the office that printed it. A figure we only heard in a call stays off the page. Market counts belong to the company that published them, and they are named as that company's counts. When we name a statute we name the section that carries it. The 15 May franchise date and the Dallas ISD rate sit beside the Comptroller page or workbook that printed them.
Each number is checked against the page that first printed it, and that check happens before this site shows the number. Statements about what this practice will and will not sign are read against the limit further down this page. Nothing on these pages is a client's outcome dressed up as a sample. Dealey Plaza, the line at Pecan Lodge, glass towers downtown, the Fair Park midway, and a Bishop Arts storefront were composed for these pages, and none of them is a client's ledger or a promised outcome.
A correction lands on the page that carried the line. If the franchise threshold or the Dallas ISD rate is mistyped, that sentence is rewritten or removed. We will not hide a bad figure inside a fuzzier line. Phone the number under the signoff and name the line.
The pay service you already pay for is the one we connect to the books. You still approve each payday, and we do not take that approval. An examination is not a place we stand in for you. A notice that asks for records is answered from months already closed, gathered beside you.
This page also holds a limit on open months. A monthly reading begins only after the bank and the books already show the same cash. If those months are still open, we either finish the close with you or we step away, and you hear that choice before any scope is written down.
The number under the signoff is the voice line. Steven and his team who tied February's cash to the bank are the same people who gather that year's return. These pages show a phone, and they show neither a street nor an inbox. Structured data repeats the name, the phone, and this site, and it does not add a fact the page itself does not show.
Several pages, one practice, the same phone, and the same limit on every door. An owner who wants the monthly close and an owner who wants the return can both land on pages written for that work. The practice, the phone, and the limit stay the same on each door. Reading one page does not hire the practice. The writing that names scope and fee is still the start of paid work.
The opinion we leave outside.
Steven Palmieri is not a CPA. When a bank or a buyer wants an opinion on the year, we name a firm that can sign that opinion, and the months can keep closing beside that firm. Assurance is not part of this practice.
That signature is named on the opening call, along with a firm able to give it. Payroll setup, the monthly close, and the return you sign can continue here while the opinion is prepared at the firm we named.
Payday remains yours to approve. We will not appear in your place at an examination. A notice that asks for records gets those records from months already closed.
Preparing a return, talking through a management choice, and writing a statement that promises no assurance are still open to someone without a licence. The report that does promise assurance stays with the person who holds the licence. Texas Occupations Code section 901 point 451, section 901 point 453, and section 901 point 456 are the sections that draw that line.
Who stands behind the work.
Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. The footer number +1 844-324-7273 is the voice line for this practice. Closing each month and preparing the return you sign both happen inside this practice.
A phone sits under the signoff. A street number and an inbox do not. Structured data repeats the name, the phone, and this site.
